KATANA Kuranto 200QS –concentrated biostable semi-synthetic metalworking fluid. It is developed on high-tech additive package and includes emulsifiers, EP (Extreme Pressure) and anticorrosionadditives . Also includes components for biostableproperties. Due to the pH stability ensures high bacteriological stability. It does not have any effect on operators working with this coolant. KATANA Kuranto 200QS protects equipment from corrosion. It does not contain chlorinated paraffins in the composition!
KATANA Kuranto200QS is used in modern CNC machining centers as an universal coolant for grinding operations, turning, milling, drilling, sawing, etc. It is also recommended as an universal fluid for the machining of ferrous metals, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metals (copper). Suitable for medium and moderately hard water (100-400 ppm). Always add concentrate to water, not another way!Recommended concentration is 3-8% depending on the type of operations and the processed materials.
