Laboratory

KIREI Laboratory

The laboratory is accredited according to ISO 17025, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF, and TR TC 030. Its main functions include quality control of manufactured products, formulation development for finished oils, and product certification. The laboratory is equipped with modern instruments for analysis of additive packages, finished oils, metalworking fluids (coolants), and greases. Within the laboratory, the following tests are conducted:

Furthermore, the laboratory offers in-depth oil condition analysis, including determination of oxidation level, nitration, base and acid numbers, additive elements (e.g., ZDDP, antioxidants), and contamination. KIREI’s laboratory also conducts spectral analysis to determine the main elements such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, molybdenum, iron, copper, lead, aluminum, nickel, tin, etc.
