Smart 2 Blend (S2B)
Our proprietary Smart 2 Blend (S2B) technology combines classic MACRO-blending (reactor at 40–50 °C) with continuous MICRO-blending in a cavitation unit. The result is molecular-level mixing: additives are “embedded” into the base oil, colloidal stability reaches 99% and formulations become homogeneous and transparent — additives do not precipitate.

Cold Continuous Compounding (VORTEXPROM CMD5)
In addition to S2B, we use a continuous cold compounding flow technology on the VORTEXPROM CMD5 unit. This is a “cold” blending process, where intensive mixing is achieved through hydrodynamic and acoustic cavitation, mechanical dispersion, and electromagnetic treatment — without prolonged thermal heating.
