KIREI ATF DIII 082 – a universal additive package for the production of ATF oils ranging from TASA to GM Dexron IIIH, suitable for use with various base oils. The package contains highly effective antioxidants, anti-corrosion and anti-wear components, as well as friction and viscosity modifiers. The typical treat rate for oils of the Dexron III H class is 8.2%, for Dexron IID – 6.0%, and for TASA – 4.1%. Transmission oils based on the KIREI ATF DIII 082 package provide extended drain intervals due to excellent antioxidant and anti-wear properties. This product was developed using advanced friction modifiers to enhance ATF performance and ensure smoother transmission operation without undesirable noise, vibration, or shudder.
KIREI ATF DIII 082 offers the following advantages for customers:
Cascade approach provides benefits in logistics and inventory management
Fully tested for compliance with GM Dexron III requirements at 8.2% treat rate
Successfully passed the full spectrum of GM and Ford tests to minimize application risks
Key performance characteristics validated at lower dosages for GM Dexron IID and TASA
Low treat rates allow for reduced formulation costs
Multipurpose application: transmissions, power steering, auxiliary systems, off-road equipment, etc.
Compatibility with a wide range of base oils
KIREI ATF DIII 082 meets or is recommended as a replacement for oils GM Dexron IIIG/IIIH/DII, Allison C-4, Type A Suffix A, Ford Mercon, MB 236.1, Caterpillar TO-2.
