DOT Test Results

During the test, engine oil is simultaneously exposed to high temperature, an air flow and a catalyst.
The results assess how effectively the oil can resist deposit formation and maintain its protective properties under extreme operating conditions.
The Daimler Oxidation Test is mandatory for confirming compliance with Mercedes-Benz specifications.

According to the test results, the additive packages for light-duty engines in the KIREI PVL product line have a margin twice as high as the stringent requirements of MB 229.5, 229.51, 229.52, 229.6, 229.61, 229.71, 229.72, 229.81, demonstrating outstanding oxidative stability.
It is worth noting that the updated KIREI PVL product line exceeded the results of the previous versions of these packages by more than 50%.

The additive package line for heavy-duty diesel engines, KIREI CVL, also showed excellent results, with a margin of more than 60% and meeting the strict requirements of MB 228.5, 228.5 and 228.61.
The results indicate exceptional resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, guaranteeing improved protection, increased efficiency, and longer engine life.
This is especially important in challenging Russian operating conditions, characterized by significant temperature fluctuations and unstable fuel quality.
