KIREI Turbo L-TG 070 is a premium additive package for the production of turbine oils of class L-TG according to DIN 51515 (Part 2), designed for high-temperature operation: steam turbines, gas turbines, and combined-cycle turbines, including those equipped with gearboxes.
The package contains highly effective antioxidants, demulsifiers, anti-corrosion and anti-wear EP (Extreme Pressure) components. Due to its excellent oxidative stability, it ensures long oil service life and exhibits strong demulsifying properties. It reduces wear, minimizes deposit and sludge formation.
Compatible with Group I, II, and III base oils. Provides high oxidative stability in the TOST test and a high level of anti-wear performance in the FZG test. The typical treat rate is 0.5–0.8%.
KIREI Turbo L-TG 070 meets or is recommended as a replacement for oils of the following specifications:
DIN 51515 Part 2 (L-TG), Part 1 (L-TD), ASTM 4304 Type 3, BS 489, SEB 181229-2, General Electric GEK 32568H and K, /107395A/46506D and E/28143A/121698/101941A, Alstom HTGD 90 117, Solar ES 9-224 W, Siemens TLV 901304/901305, Siemens Industrial Turbo Machinery MAT 812109/812108/812107/812106/812102/812101, MAN TED 10000494596 001 02, ISO 8068 L-TGE/L-TSE/L-TGA/L-TSA.
