KIREI Slide CGLP 160 is a premium additive package for the production of mineral oils for vertical and horizontal slideways of class DIN 51502 (CGLP). Due to its special frictional characteristics, it prevents the "stick-slip effect." It provides high oxidation stability, excellent protection against corrosion and rust, outstanding anti-wear properties, and high compatibility (phase separation) with most water-miscible metalworking fluids. The typical treat rate of the package is 1.6%. To increase adhesion, the addition of KIREI PIB 1300 in a concentration of 1–1.2% is recommended.
KIREI Slide CGLP 160 meets or is recommended as a replacement for oils conforming to DIN 51502 (CGLP), Cincinnati Milacron P47/P50, Schmidt (SKC) Inclined Tribotester.
