KIREI MWF M20
KIREI MWF M20 is a superconcentrate for the production of water-miscible metalworking fluids (MWF). It contains emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, EP additives based on phosphorus, and highly effective biocides and antiseptics. The recommended dosage for producing a mineral MWF concentrate is 20%. The resulting mineral MWF concentrate mixes easily with water to form a milky emulsion, exhibits high stability in hard water up to 600 ppm, and has low foaming. As base oils for preparing the MWF concentrate based on KIREI MWF M20.
Specifications
KIREI MWF M20 may use non-oil base stocks such as mineral oils of the SN-150 type with a viscosity of about 20 cSt at 40 °C.
It does not contain phenols, nitrites, or nitrates.

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Store in sealed containers in a warm (+5…+35 °C) and well-ventilated area, out of reach of children. Do not allow freezing! Avoid release into the environment. Store away from direct sunlight, heating elements, and strong oxidizers. Mix thoroughly before use.
