KIREI Hydro HLPD/HVLPD 127 is an ashless additive package designed for the production of hydraulic oils of the HLPD/HVLPD class according to DIN 51524, used in hydraulic systems of industrial equipment where the ingress of water, dirt, and other contaminants into the lubrication system is possible. The package contains highly effective antioxidants, anti-corrosion and anti-wear components, as well as emulsifying and dispersing additives, which keep contaminant particles in a finely dispersed suspended state and effectively protect hydraulic equipment surfaces from wear and corrosion, ensuring efficient operation. It provides high oxidative stability in the TOST test and a high level of anti-wear performance in the FZG test. The typical treat rate of the package is 1.27%.

 

Specifications

KIREI Hydro HLPD/HVLPD 127 meets or is recommended as a replacement for oils according to DIN 51524 Part 2 (HLP), DIN 51524 Part 3 (HVLP), with the exception of the demulsifying property (ASTM D1401), which is not applicable to HLPD/HVLPD level oils, and ISO 11158 Type HM/HV.
