KIREI Hydro HLPD/HVLPD 127 is an ashless additive package for the production of hydraulic oils of the HLPD/HVLPD class according to DIN 51524, used in hydraulic systems of industrial equipment where water, dirt, and other contaminants may enter the lubrication system. The package contains highly effective antioxidants, anti-corrosion and anti-wear components, as well as emulsifying and dispersing additives that keep contaminant particles in a finely dispersed suspended state and effectively protect hydraulic equipment surfaces against wear and corrosion, ensuring reliable performance. It provides high oxidative stability in the TOST test and a high level of anti-wear performance in the FZG test. The typical treat rate of the package is 1.27%.
KIREI Hydro HLPD/HVLPD 127 complies with or is recommended as a replacement for oils according to DIN 51524 Part 2 (HLP), DIN 51524 Part 3 (HVLP), with the exception of the demulsibility parameter (ASTM D1401), which is not applicable for oils of the HLPD/HVLPD level, and ISO 11158 Type HM/HV.
