KIREI Gearbox CLP 200

About this item

KIREI Gearbox CLP 200 is a zinc-free additive package for the production of industrial gear oils of CLP class according to DIN 51517. The package contains highly effective antioxidants, anti-corrosion, anti-wear, and EP (Extreme Pressure) components. It ensures long oil life, protects equipment from wear and deposit formation. Unlike traditional GL-4/5 transmission additive packages, it contains less sulfur, does not cause copper corrosion, and has a more neutral odor. It provides the highest level of anti-wear performance in the FZG wear test and meets the most stringent Flender requirements. The typical treat rate for CLP class oils is 1.8–2.2%.
