KIREI PVL RC 163
KIREI PVL RC 163 is a Full‑SAPS (high‑ash) additive package designed for producing motor oils for highly tuned high-performance engines operating under extreme conditions—such as high loads, high RPMs, and high speeds. It is suitable for formulating motor oils with viscosity grades ranging from 0W‑40 to 10W‑60, meeting ACEA A3/B4 and API SN specifications.
The package contains a higher concentration of anti-wear components to protect the engine under boundary lubrication conditions. It also includes a set of highly effective antioxidants, multifunctional detergents based on calcium alkyl salicylates (providing superior detergency-dispersancy compared to other detergent types), enhanced antioxidant, anticorrosion, and anti-friction properties, borated dispersants, anti-corrosion components, and organic molybdenum friction modifiers. The typical treat rate in the finished product is 16.3% by weight.
