N,N’-di-sec-butyl-p-phenylene diamine provides excellent oxidation stability in a wide range of petroleum products, and is especially effective as an antioxidant in biodiesel.
N,N’-di-sec-butyl-p-phenylene diamine meets ASTM D 6751 & EN14214 biodiesel requirements, and is listed on the AGQM no harms list. It can also be used in petroleum diesel, motor gasoline (ASTM D 4814) and vegetable oils.
N,N’-di-sec-butyl-p-phenylene diamine as a lube antioxidant has excellent free radical and sulfur scavenging in a wide variety of lubricant base stocks including mineral, hydrotreated, synthetic and vegetable oils.
