Neutral calcium sulfonate 30 TBN is a 30 TBN neutral calcium sulfonate. It is a general purpose neutral calcium sulfonate typically used as a detergent/rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants. Neutral calcium sulfonate 30 TBN applications include automotive, diesel, marine, railroad and stationary diesel lubricants. Nominal dosages would range from 0.5 to 10.0 wt. % of the finished lubricant. It is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.
