2,4-dimethyl-6-t-butylphenol is a mixture of alkylated phenols, predominately 2,4-dimethyl-6-t-butylphenol used to protect gasoline, diesel, jet fuels and biodiesel,B2 - B100 against the effects of oxidation during transportation and storage. It meets ASTM D 6751 & EN14214 biodiesel requirements, andis listed on the AGQM no harms list. It also meets the requirements for use in conventional motorand aviation gasoline, diesel and US military fuels JP-4, JP-5 and JP-8, Jet A, A-1and Jet B: Meeting: ASTM, IATA and MOD (DEF STAN 91-91/5 & 91-90/3).

HANDLINGINFORMATION
2,4-dimethyl-6-t-butylphenol may crystallize at temperatures below 10 ºC for longperiods of time. The product can be re-liquefied by heating to 25 ºC.
